One of the three practitioner books — *The StarForth Cookbook*, for FORTH
programmers wanting patterns and recipes.

- **[main.tex](main.tex)** — Book entry point. `\input{}`s scraps covering
  the Mama FORTH supervisor architecture, physics-engine metrics/knobs,
  pipelining context-window tuning, heartbeat CSV export, the three DoE
  quick-start guides (factorial/heartbeat/optimization), the word-ACL
  design, build options, the HOLA protocol spec, and the physics signal map.

Built via `make -C docs/formal cookbook`; output lands at
`docs/formal/build/cookbook/main.pdf`.
