Critical findings included duplicate \texttt{profiler.h} definitions causing a \texttt{multiple definition} link error, a \texttt{LOG\_LINE\_MAX} constant defined inconsistently at 64 bytes in one translation unit and 256 bytes in another, and seven duplicate documentation files totalling 136~KB of redundant content. The audit assessed source files, header files, the build system, the test suite, and documentation. No security vulnerabilities were found. The complete findings, organized by severity and category, are recorded in the source document. All 48 issues were addressed in subsequent corrective actions (see \texttt{corrective-actions.md} in this archive). This report is retained as the historical baseline for the December 2025 quality remediation program.
