# docs/working/scratch/

Uncategorized working material — genuinely informal notes not yet
semantically re-filed into `architecture/`, `hardware/`, or
`specifications/`. Per `docs/working/README.md`'s Phase 2 reorg notes,
`src/` in particular is a holding area still awaiting proper filing.

- `COMMUNICATION_GUIDE.adoc`, `GOVERNANCE_EXPORT_NOTES.adoc` — process notes.
- `TASK_LIST.md` — working task tracker.
- `src-index.adoc` — index into `src/`.
