Confirms all three architectures boot clean on master after the
fast-forward merge from stadium-step-one (af20efa), identical to the
behavior verified on that branch: UEFI -> POST -> Mama birth -> Hermes
self-test -> heartbeat -> ok>, no DoE/ECW noise.
