• main.tex — Book entry point. \input{}s scraps covering install/quickstart, heartbeat CSV export, the Raspberry Pi build guide, and build options. The lightest of the three practitioner books — intentionally scoped to running the VM, not developing it.

Built via make -C docs/formal user-guide; output lands at docs/formal/build/user-guide/main.pdf.
