Per .claude/CLAUDE.md's non-negotiable acceptance criteria, ran
`make -f Makefile.starkernel ARCH=<amd64|aarch64|riscv64> clean qemu`
sequentially (one instance at a time, TCG) against the two preceding
commits. All three booted cleanly to `(zuse) ok>` with the full Tripod
fleet (Hera/Hermes/Artemis) alive, Stadium conservation holding
(resident_sum=43691 reservoir=21845 sum=65536), and identical dictionary
hashes across all three ISAs:

  Mama:    dict_hash=0x8d712e07c690d713
  Hermes:  dict_hash=0xa07a57d794c1665d
  Artemis: dict_hash=0x9cc9a7e72b590250

Confirms cross-arch determinism holds with the EXECUTE/format/TYPE/
vocabulary/control-flow fixes applied.
